It took a bit of time to get here, but it is understandable that they were busy. Once I was told when they would be here, they arrived earlier which was appreciated.

Tech showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He immediately revealed what he thought would solve my issues and potential problems. He then did a detailed analysis and provided an estimate. He quickly and efficiently solved my problems in a matter of a couple of hours. He provided feedback on how to handle my issues in the future. The cost was very reasonable and quite below what I have paid in the past to other plumbing service providers. I will call Pittsburgh's Best from now on for all my plumbing needs.

reform clean and maintain on furnace and air conditioning
Removed a jammed and leaking garbage disposal and installed a new 1/2 HP continuous-feed model. Rewired and re-piped under the sink, tested for leaks and proper drainage, and showed the homeowner how to safely use and reset the unit. Kitchen sink is back in full working order.
Completed routine maintenance on a 3-zone ductless mini-split system. Cleaned washable filters, checked refrigerant levels, wiped down coils, and verified remote and wall control settings. Each zone was tested for airflow, temp split, and system pressure. System is running efficiently—perfect for cooling individual rooms on demand.
Performed a sewer camera inspection for recurring drain backups. Ran the camera through the main line and discovered root intrusion near a joint 35 feet out. Marked the location and recommended hydro-jetting followed by a pipe lining repair. Provided video footage to the homeowner for insurance and next steps.
Diagnosed a no-cool call and found a failed blower motor on a split system air conditioner. Replaced the motor and capacitor, cleared the drain line, and inspected the evaporator coil for buildup. Once reassembled, tested the system for correct airflow and temperature drop—AC is now cooling consistently and quietly.
Replaced a leaking 50-gallon electric water heater with a new high-efficiency model. Drained and removed the old tank, updated the shut-off valve and expansion tank, and reconnected the electrical and water lines. Verified thermostat settings and tested the system for proper recovery rate and no leaks. Homeowner now has hot water again with improved efficiency and safety.
Helped a customer with high energy bills by upgrading to a high-efficiency two-stage AC system. Completed full install, tested airflow, and registered the unit warranty.
Repaired a dual-zone AC system with a malfunctioning zone board. Troubleshot wiring, replaced the board, and confirmed airflow was restoring to both zones.
Customer reported water dripping from their air handler. Found a clogged condensate drain line. Flushed the line and installed a float switch to prevent overflow.
