We noticed a leak in the ceiling that is under the master bathroom. We contacted PlumbPro and George and Anthony arrived the same day. They were able to diagnose the issue, keeping us informed every step of the way and the leak was fixed! Their expertise and professionalism was outstanding. They went so far as to make a run to the hardware store to get a part so they could fix the leak the same day. And, the cost was reasonable given the issue.

Tyler was the plumbing technician assigned to our case. He was fantastic! Time was of the essence due to sewage backing up into our lower level drains and toilet. PlumbPRO was easy to contact using their online chat and someone called me to follow up within 10 minutes to schedule a next day appointment. We really like that this plumbing service offered a video camera analysis to pinpoint the location and cause of the blockage. Tyler gave us several options for repairs at different price points and the pros and cons of each option which we appreciated! We now feel equipped with the knowledge we need to make a decision and plan for an inevitable expensive repair down the road. Two other plumbers previously snaked the toilet but it didn’t solve the problem and they didn’t offer any alternative solutions. PlumbPRO gave us the answers we needed on the first visit.
