Electrical Installation: We will install 2 new outlets in bathroom as well as replace dryer outlet in laundry room.
Plumbing Service Call: Spigot change for shutting off valve.
Technician was called out to look at a leak under master bathroom sink. Upon arrival technician was informed by customer that there was a leak coming from under the sink. Technician Looked under the sink and diagnosed that there was a sudden burst in the hot side supply line in the master bathroom sink. Technician gave option to replace faucet due to the fact it comes with brand new supply lines. Customer went with option. Technician began by turning off water at the house. Once house water was turned off. Technician turned off angle stops and replaced old two handle faucet with a new two handle Moen faucet. technician also replace the braided supply lines. As well as the drain pop-up . Once done with all work invested in technician checked for leaks by doing a drop test and turning on water to the house. Showed showed customer No leaks in faucet, supply lines and drain pop up. Customer happy with work. Two year parts and labor warranty on everything installed from point Loma plumbin
