I am so happy Robert was the technician dispatched to our home! Robert was knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and answered all of my questions. Robert took the time to help me understand how our re-circulation system works. He explained the service and told me how long it would take. Once Robert completed the work, he asked if I had any more questions before leaving. I will certainly request Robert as our technician on any future work!

Overall, I was very pleased with the work. I was highly impressed by the professional attitude of both technicians. They were careful with the way they did the job and how they left the house afterwards. They were so polite, I felt very comfortable having them in my homer. Not sure if it's possible, but if I do have additional services, wish the same technicians could do the work.

Electrical Installation: We will provide & install a new 15amp decora receptacle in the living room. Properly pigtail off the wires then wrap the terminals on the new device.

-we will provide, and install a brand, new dusk to dawn, LED, integrated exterior light fixture to replace the outdated nonworking fixture That illuminates the front driveway. A proper junction box will be installed into the wall for the electrical circuit connections. -We will branch a new circuit from the closest power location In the garage over to the light fixtures new junction box.
* install 2 new shower safety guard rails in master shower. One at the front of the shower and one at the back. (24” white rails). * replace the kitchen sink with a drop in stainless steel sink. * transfer the existing faucet over to the new sink. * transfer the existing garbage disposal to the new sink. * replace the air gap and drain hose * install a new basket strainer and drain pipes under the sink 5 year warranty on parts and labor.
