Jim was excellent. explained a lot of things to me as i never had this kind of heating and air. i owned a house had an oil burner and window A/C. also lived in Texas for 29 years but from MA originally. so i had central air down in Texas so a taste of both but not these units. Anyway he was great and did a fantastic job. thank you very much. very fast service getting someone to come out also i appreciate that. i know this time of year people have major problems and i just need a check up to see if all was working properly. thanks again Jean Boylan

Gas heat maintenance, thermostat replacement .
SVC No cooling. Upon arrival I found the American Standard condenser calling but no compressor or condenser fan motor running. Tested the capacitor. Capacitor is bad , replaced it and tested the system. Changed customer supplied filter , vacuumed the drain and checked electrical components. Also worked on a Sanyo mini split and fixed a sensor wire a mouse had chewed through. Both systems are running normally at this time.
