Guy, was very friendly, knowledgeable of his work, he answered all my questions and suggested things i should do in the future to help me with my AC and heating system cooling and hear throughout house. He was on time for our appt. i didnt feel any pressure whatsover and didn't feel rushed even thou i had a thousand questions.
