I'm not only glad because they solved the problem without cost (not even a penny), but because the personal (Stephen) was really nice, professional. he left everything in order and clean, he explain and show me what the problem was and what he was going to do. I have had pride work on other issues in my house, which were "ok" but this time they (Stephen) really did a very good job, can't complain The 4 stars for convenience is because you wont know exactly at what time they are coming so you get to be stuck in your house for a long time
