Chris Barrett performed service on our refrigerator a couple of weeks ago and we were more than satisfied with his efforts. Unfortunately, something else went wrong and he came back today. His professionalism and his "customer presence" should be commended. We feel that he is more than competent and is very pleasant while doing his work. We are very appreciative of his efforts and of Pride's response to our off-hour calls for service.
