Not happy with Pride’s response time. I called them at 10:18am Thurs. They told me that the earliest they would send someone out was Monday 2-6. Left message for Markus to call me (he never did). No one showed up on Monday, even though I was told numerous times that the plumber would show up, even at 6:30 I was told that I was the next service call. Had to cancel dinner plans. Very poor customer service! Tommy, the plumber, showed up on Tuesday morning and did a great job!

This gentleman was amazing. So very thorough. He found Freon leaking internally on the suction line, the big pipe. We were so relieved the leak was finally found. He had to solder in order to repair. He explained every step of the repair. His technical skills were right on. He also gave us advice on a specific filter made by Honeywell exactly to the measurements and quality best for our unit. While performing his final tests, he noticed a loose connection in the PVC drain pipe. He cleaned and glued. This was causing the water leak problem we have been concerned about for many months. Joseph is a credit to your company. So polite and works to do the right thing. Thanks to him, we were relieved our problem was not an external line situation. Please recognize him for his work ethic and help he gives to us, your customers. Technician #1971. Also, his partner Scott, was also very polite and helpful. Stanley is by far the best. He knows his stuff and so so very kind. He had the answers to all my questions, and believe me I asked many! This was the second time he was here but not for the same issue. When I called for an appointment I did request Stanley. He really is very kind!
