Ron came and very quickly assessed the issue and very thoroughly explained it to me. I will ask for him again. He went above and beyond trying to solve it and gave me a very detailed action plan

Very welcoming experience!! Ron was very informative, pointed out things to me to be aware of for my generator and even misc equipment. Was able to get service the next day after I called and service went very smooth. Looking to use PFO for other things, good customer service isn’t always easy to come by.

AC check up self-contained gas furnace evaporator and condenser combo unit obsolete R22 system but working a okay at this time
AC not cooling enough low on charge, actually iced up
20-year-old R22 system outdoor fan not working
no AC Gardener cut low voltage wire and blue fuse at the circuit board on the oil furnace. repaired both system up and running
