We’ve had an issue for years with our thermostat. Finally, after many technicians, Ron came in and diagnose the problem. He was thorough and even double checked his work multiple times.

new Aprilaire 400 humidifier not working
new steam gas boiler banging and not heating all room radiators, replaced adjustable Steam radiator vents and balanced heat ratio. system running no bangs all radiators hot
boiler still not heating seven Zone house, raised boiler temperature opened up baseboard Louver and playroom temperature in rooms Rising steadily now
indirect hot water heater leaking last night had to close off cold water supply to boiler, but enough water leaked out of system where all four loops got Airbound
no heat oil boiler, got heater running waited till radiators heating up since she just got home from the hospital
carrier gas furnace short Cycles, and thermostat goes blank when touched. clean flame sensor unit running fine until raise or lower thermostat setting which goes blank. put a new non-programmable thermostat on system running steady no faults
gas hot water boiler no heat, got running then water starts pouring out of the cracked cast iron section boiler needs replaced
Carrier Infinity propane condensing gas furnace no heat first floor system
carrier oil furnace no heat Riello burner primary control and eye replaced
Weil McCain ecotec gas boiler maintenance kit, add water inhibitor and check water results. okay for corrosion and limescale
