Jeff was very thorough, answered all my questions and is a very nice guy. The only complaint I have is price. I paid $218 for the service plan and just after Jeff left, I got an offer in the mail for a $30 discount on the plan. I am waiting for an answer on getting that discount.

train condensing gas furnace in garage no heat turn back on running steady a half hour no issues previous call efficiency test was taken and parts per million well below concern advise to count the LED red flashes before shutting the switch off next time to ID the fault
no heat hot water boiler with boilermate, zone valve opens and turns boiler on normally for hot water other zones no response replace taco Zone panel ran and checked operation of other zones along with priority hot water Zone all working normal now
no AC first floor system
no outdoor AC or indoor blower, replaced blown indoor Transformer and outdoor contactor system running normal now
First floor carrier condensing furnace, Replaced replaced bad inducer kit Heat back on
Crawl space yearly maintenance
