From the first man (Kevin) to Austin and Chaney with their bosses I was struck at the balance of pure professionalism and treatment as valued customers. They did things to resolve our problems with complete explanations and not everything was an extra charge as we had experienced in the past with other companies. These guys care about the job they do and would rather sacrifice a bit of time and energy to get things right the first time. Day one of a heat wave is the most obvious time to have your AC stop working, and lo, Murphy's Law demands its due. So, my AC was blowing air, but not blowing cold air and I called Ray and Son. The kindly team member from the phone informed me that the tech (Eric) was out and had three calls in front of mine - and that it might be as late as 7 PM before he could get to us. Instead, Eric made it to our house by 3:30 and had our AC running cold by 4:00! Great service, a friendly tech (who let me know about future options since our unit is getting old) - a satisfied (and much cooler) customer. Thanks, R&S!
