Service was excellent. Ed was on time, courteous, and very thorough with his explanations, plus the repairs were finished in a timely manner. I will definitely use Relentless again.

We have used them through our home warranty a couple times now. Each time we have needed to have them come back. (The first time they had to come back two times.) The techs seem nice enough, but not convinced they care about customer satisfaction, or actually fixing the problem. I imagine if you have an absolute disaster on your hands, then they would help a little more…who knows.
