Jeff H was here to help and fix my problem the same day, within goes of me calling. Austin was great at getting appt set up as well. I have kids in the house and needed help quickly and Jeff H and Austin helped get me taken care of immediately. I am so thankful and greatfil for this company and its outstanding employees. Jeff Habecker was very knowledgeable about oil furnaces and didn't just tell me but showed me everything that was wrong with it. He was very courteous and tried to save me money on an expensive motor by personally trying to locate a less expensive one. He was determined to get us heat and worked hard, in the cold, to remove a STUCK pully and probably missed dinner. All this and more even after my dog bit his hand when he arrived. So sorry again Jeff. I would request Jeff again and will recommend him to others in need of furnace repairs. In fact my mom is in the market after being disappointed by the company she has been with for 30 years. Jeff is a keeper and a valuable asset to your company.
