I had Jeff habecker come out and he was amazing, thorough and straight forward from beginning to end. Upon meeting him I informed him I was weary that of everyone and that the last three companies tried to sell me something. He was not bugged by this nor the fact that I sat looking over his shoulder the entire time he was working. He tested each part, explaining why he was testing them, what role they played, the ranges of good to bad, and how it helped help deduct down to the actual issue at home. He ended up checking everything just for safe keeping and peace of mind! I was beyond comfortable with this man from start to finish. I was recommended to right now by multiple people one of which actually recommended Jeff and by luck he’s the one that came. I am beyond thrilled that with service I was provided. Jeff is an asset to your cinoany, representing you with only the highest regard in all aspects. I expected something much different than the well dressed, clean cut, and respectable young man that showed. Thank you for patience and expertise Jeff, and I am sorry for giving you a hard time!!!
