Even though the technician showed up towards the end of the appointment time span which was between 2:00-4:00pm the company kept me updated with the timing. Joe, the technician, was very pleasant and patient with me asking numerous questions. He was highly knowledgeable, professional and diligent in accomplishing “the mission”. I would recommend Ron-Jon and Joe’s services without hesitation!
