Plugged Sewer Drain

The sewer drain from the kitchen and basement laundry was backing up into the basement. Rooter MD arrived within the stated time frame and checked out problem and got to work. Snaked out 45 feet of drain. Also notified us of crack in the flimsy cheap fiberglass laundry tub that we have. Good job. Also having the Rooter MD camera person to come out to chek if there are any other drain line problems. This was to correct a problem that happened once before in July 2013 when we had the drain cleaned out and citric acid flushed and worked perfectly for 6 years, even though we make sure that we aren't putting anything down the drain that would cause this problem. Fully satisfied with the work performed. .
