Awesome service

My technician was nice knowledgeable and didn't mind the hundred questions I asked him since I know nothing about AC Units. Knew exactly what my problem was and the best solution to fix it.

Awesome work

We had an electrical circuit that wasn't working. Joshua with R. S. Andrews evaluated the problem quickly and fixed the problem within an hour. It was merely a loose neutral wire in the panel. The last electrician we had look at the problem couldn't find the problem and told us that we needed to change out the existing panel because it "wasn't compatible". Joshua told me that the only "problem" was that two of the breakers were a different brand and should be changed. It was a pleasure having an electrician who I would recommend to anyone!

Pulled and reseated toilet. Installed new wax ring and supply line. Tested 7 times with no leaks. Sealed the base with silicone. Do not sit on for 24 hours. I found the flange to have an extension on it to make it floor height. Used an extra large wax ring with a horn.

Replaced a 40 gallon gas water heater with a new 40 gallon gas (Bradford White) water heater. Installed a isolation valve and a new thermal expansion tank. Hauled off old unit. Included a new condensation pump. All tested great.

Found 3.5 ton ac 1 pound low on R22. checked furnace where noise was coming from-did not make any noise out of the ordinary. blower capacitor is slightly out of range. furnace and evaporator coil are 25 years old; the ac is 16 years old.

found upstairs filter completely plugged-ac froze up. Replaced filter and set furnace to heat for 1 hour. Main floor air conditioner refrigerant ok. need to return to install a freeze stat on each unit-mr has ac units set to 60 which will keep the evaporator temp around freezing.

Home warranty company replaced circuit board to main furnace. this board required the remote flame sense kit(using neutral from igniter to sense flame-new board does not recognize with this method). picked up remote flame sensor and installed. unit operational at this time. furnace is 22 years old and should be replaced soon.

Upstairs unit operating in heat; yesterday the circuit board was not sending 24 volts to the gas valve until pushing in all the wire connections to the molex connector. More than likely the unit did the same thing intermittently.Replaced circuit board and rechecked every low and high voltage connection. Cleaned flame sensor, cleared draft port, checked gas pressure and temperature rise. all ok at this time. the duct work to this unit should be replaced soon; in poor condition.

Upstairs furnace not sending 24 volts to gas valve. Pushed all connectors including the 2 wires for 24 volts into molex connector and unit came on. Tested five times unit fired every time. Either this is a loose connection issue or an intermittent comm issue with board.
