over rla. suction pressure at 60 head pressure at 340. repairs and service charge declined.
water heater was not leaking. but the thermal expansion tank was leaking due to a pinhole.
Furnace not heating. Burners running three seconds.Dirty flame sensor.Cleaned flame sensor, inducer port, and furnace operation. Furnace operational at this time.
Gave estimate to rewire circuit in grounded wire.
Returned and replaced inducer motor assembly. Cycled unit on and watched furnace until high heat kicked in. Unit is heating properly at this time.Customer has a 10 year parts and labor warranty.
Completed furnace preventative maintenance.Cleaned flame sensors, inducer ports, replaced 16x20x1 filters. Upstairs pressure switch was stuck. Cleared and now operational. combustion chambers ok, no gas leaks. temperature rise normal range.
Completed air conditioner preventative maintenance.
Estimate on re-water piping customer home he has 3 bathrooms.we would have cut the sheet rock about ever 2 to 4 foot that way we could see what's going on in the ceiling of the house we would pull the new line in the ceiling of the house between the first and second level of the house with a new main water cut off and prv in the house we will start it for were the prv is in the home now we would in stall new pex pip as well as put everything back to code in the home customer has 3 commodes in his home and 4 bathroom sinks 1 kitchen sink , 1 tub and shower , 1 shower , and 1 tub the customer will get new cut offs four his 2 hose bibs as well as 2 new hose bibs customer will have 13 angle stops and new connections to shower valve and that one tub valve.Estimate on 3 new commodes Kohler highs lines with a new wax ring and new j bolts with new water supply lines.Estimate on installing a dishwasher and hooking the refrigerator up
