Outstanding service in every way. Dug out area around water meter, accomplished repairs, refilled hole and smoothed out area, all in the heat of the day and was friendly the entire time. I will definitely call next time I need survice.

installed new zoeler 267 sewer ejector pump. worked new discharge line and vent. installed new shut off valve and check valve. old check valve was broken. tested for leaks and non found. pump is good to use as normal.
Tech installed a BASIC SMOKE DETECTOR & performed a Standard Diagnostic.
Found blown blower cap and replaced with a 5uf for $158.00. checked TD and found low. Balance SH and SC with 1# of freon with NO warranties for $99.00. AC is operating sat this time $59.00 for see for a total of $316.00.
We furnished, wired, and replaced existing gfi at the front door with a new weather resistant gfi.

Completed water heater flush for 9 year old water heater( average life of water heater 10-12 years) and complete home plumbing inspection.
Cut open sheet rock in garage wall and installed new front hose bib. Installed new half-inch isolation valve behind water heater in garage closet for new hose bib. Removed failed thermal expansion tank above water heater. Installed new thermal expansion tank with air pressure equal to water pressure 60 PSI. Tested OK.
Quote for customer supplied electric tankless water heater . Rinnia gas tankless water heater model number RL94 . high-pressure main water regulator installed.
Customer has duel fuel. with one unit. Explained in winter Upstairs hot Downstairs cool. Recommend add zone system. At this time 1999 carrier furnace needs an inducer motor and wheel and cooling fin. Labor intensive to remove and install parts. Customer will receive quote today for a new Lennox furnace . also customer may have Heat-pump disconnected. Quoted parts and labor. Customer will decide if he would like to purchase furnace.
Hall bath tub and shower producing odor due to p-trap water evaporating.(lack of use allows for tub trap to evaporate.). Every weekly customer should run about 1 quart of water in tub to keep water in trap to prevent odor.End outlet waste under kitchen sink leaking at T junction added slip joint extension to create full make up of compression joint.
Quote for new hosebibb and 1/2 inch copper pipe repair inside garage wall.
Shower valve rebuild in master bath shower to restore proper function.
