Tech installed new condensate pump, tech ran evacuation hose & tied coil drain into pump. Tech installed 24 volt safety break to furnace.
installed new customer, provided outdoor rated fan on back porch area. sealed the hole where wire exits the gutter system at fan location.
Calibrated 1 inch main water pressure regulator and expansion tank above water heater in crawlspace. Water pressure before 75 PSI new water pressure 60 PSI.
installed new fan and found out it was shipped defective. customer needs to purchase a new fan. remade bad splice job in gutter to properly protect the wiring. other splice kit was installed improperly.
Removed old dishwasher. Installed new customer supplied dishwasher with new water connector. Leveled and secured new dishwasher. Tested OK.
1-Replaced kitchen sin waste line from under neath cabinet all the way to basement. 2- Replaced owner provide Shower Head. 3- Tried to repair T&S valve but was not able to. Valve is seized up should be replaced . Note would need to cut tile wall to do said work. 4- Installed sediment trap and new gas cock also at water heater. 5-Installed new garbage disposal.
