RS Andrews recently came out and replaced our neighborhood's main electrical line from the clubhouse to the pump house. I could not be more pleased with the service and work they have done. Their electricians were courteous and knowledgeable and gave me regular updates on their progress. They provided me with a time line for completion of the job. They showed up on time (if not early) and finished ahead of schedule. They even had a plumber on hand for the job in the event they came across a problem with a water line while trenching and replacing the electrical line. RS Andrews truly went above and beyond with their work and made sure we were satisfied with everything before they finished. We wanted a professional, knowledge, educated company and that is exactly what we got and paid for! We could not be happier with the service and will be using them again in the future!!

I had a great experience again with RS Andrews. I had an install for new water heater (mine was from 1998!) and everything went well. I am now up to code and have a much more efficient system. The tech was very informative and helpful. He gave me some good information should in need to relight anything and some more general purpose stuff. I also got a good deal because the price of the system went up between my install and when I signed for the system. They honored the price. This is the 3rd time I have used them and will continue to do so. They get the job done every time.

Installed two customer supplied Garbage disposals. One in the kitchen and one in the basement. Tested for leaks and non found. Installed a new flapper on powder room toilet. Toilet needs the proper toilet handle.
installed new 50 gallon Rheem 6 year warranty one year labor water heater. hooked up trap primer and expansion valve. tested for leaks and non found. $375 for 50 gallon electric water heater paid by customer. $444 for water heater installation billed out to service master Per Service Master, "This service and payment is construction related and the homeowner did not hire us to do the construction. I talked to her today and she agreed."
Install new Zurn flush valve on the second urinal
Furnished, wired, and installed a dedicated 20 amp gfi in the garage for the treadmill. Furnished, wired, and installed a dedicated 20 amp gfi in the garage for the freezer. Furnished, wired, and replaced the existing light box with a fan rated box in the garage. At said location, wired and installed a customer provided ceiling fan. Furnished, wired, and installed a 240 volt 15 amp feed to outside to feed garage AC. Connections to be made by hvac company. Furnished, wired, and installed a surge protector in the panel. Performed panel maintenance and tightened all connections.

remover water heater and set it in the garage
replaced 8 bulbs in home with LED bulbs. installed surge protection in main panel. tightened connections up in main panel.
Troubleshot kitchen lights and microwave having power issues. Found and fixed bad splices in the kitchen light where power comes first, behind switches for the kitchen light and behind the switch for the breakfast area light. All connections in the panel have been tightened.
installed 6 can light in kitchen and LED trims
installed eaglesunsystem 120 gallon solar water heater with a 10 year tank warranty and one 4500w element. installed new ball valve shutoff, new expansion tank, and new drain valves for the glycol system. flushed out old glycol and introduced new to 30psi. tested and all works well. there is a one year labor warranty on the work done. this does not include any pumps.
trenches 250' from clubhouse to pool house. installed 2.5" PVC conduit from clubhouse to pool house. installed new, copper, 200 amp feeds in conduit to repair lost leg at pool house. made necessary connections in 200 amp feed at clubhouse. installed a means of disconnect on the exterior of pool house as required by code. also has 4 extra spaces and can act as an exterior panel if new circuits are ever needed. installed junction box inside pool house and reused existing panel wires to connect into our new wires. permit was pulled and inspection was passed.
Replaced 2 separate attic fan and thermostat systems.
found Mbr unit low on refrigerant. leak searched system found left front side of evaporator coil leaking. unit has a 10 year parts and labor warranty. replaced MERV 16 filter.
