Leak Search Level 01 Repairs Leak on 3/4" copper waterline supplying hot water for kitchen faucet and dishwasher. Opened cabinet under kitchen sink to locate leak. Cut out leaking section of copper. Installed new 3/4" copper, emergency stop for dishwasher and faucet. Installed new supply line on hot side for kitchen faucet. Tested, no leaks found at this time.

Removed failed main water pressure regulator in basement. Water pressure before 75psi. Installed new main water pressure regulator. New water pressure 60 PSI. Calibrated existing thermal expansion tank to 55 psi. Tested ok.

Opened drywall in cieling , located break on 1/2" cpvc waterline in cieling. Open access holes in cieling and in adjacent wall. Cut out broken section of 1/2" cpvc. Repaired break with two 1/2" couplings and a 1/2" 90*. Pressure on home at 120psi, installed 3/4" Pressure Regulator Valve to reduce pressure in home. Waterheater saturated with water and drywall Recomend replacing. Customer request to be billed

SERVICE CALL UPSTAIRS SYSTEM NOT COOLING PROPERLY. FOUND REFRIGERANT PRESSURE HIGH. CONDENSOR COIL CLOGGED. CLEANED CONDENSOR COIL WITH CHEMICAL SOLUTION. ADDED 2lbs R22. SYSTEM MAY HAVE SMALL LEAK IN REFRIGERANT. NEED SMILEY CLUB PLAN TO SERVICE BOTH SYSTEMS

Rheem 50 gallon gas Water heater leaking. Waterheater needs to be replaced. Waterheater will need to be moved due to increased width of new waterheaters. The current space is 20" in width. A new waterheater stand, pan and drain will need to be installed.1/2" black iron will need to be piped over to waterheater. Thermal Expansion tank will need to be installed. 3/4" ball valve will need to be installed . Waterheater vent will need to be reworked. Waterheater will extend past existing space for furnace and waterheater and into garage parking.
