Fan is not working. When turned on it makes loud noise and doesn't exhaust air. Needs to be replaced. We called about it sometime ago but have not heard back from RS Andrews. Please have elec. mgr. call us to repair.
We received our electronic water bill on Sat. morning after it dropped on Fri. Thankfully I opened the email immediately and knew we had a bad problem. A bill that is usually no more than $55.00 was over $400.00. We called Cobb County Water for emergency service and several hours later a technician arrived and determined we had a water leak. He turned off our water. I contacted Brad Luckey and set up an appointment for Monday. By mid afternoon on Monday we had water again. Brad Luckey and his sub-contractors did a super job. Our yard was minimally disturbed with the replacement of our water line. The workers cleaned the area up and even took care of the excess dirt. Brad Luckey was very efficient and extreemely courteous. You are lucky to have such a fine and dedicated employee.

Brad showed up on time was friendly, courteous, efficient, explained what needed to be done and did it flawlessly. We finally had a chance to test his work (we had to wait for the glass shower doors to be installed) and I could live in this shower. And did I mention the price was right!

Troubleshot light flickering for the basement stairs. Found a loose hot wire inside fixture. Furnished, wired, and replaced the 2 3 way switches for said light just to make sure. Performed panel maintenance and tightened all connections. Found bundled up neutrals and grounds under the same lugs.
We furnished, wired, and installed a dedicated 30 amp 240 volt feed from the sub panel to the tech area. We furnished, wired, and installed a L6-30 receptacle at said area.
We wired and installed a customer provided ceiling fan and remote kit. Light works as it should. We wired and replaced a customer provided flood light at the front of the house.
We replaced a total of 10 smoke detector batteries throughout the home. Customer provided said batteries. We performed panel maintenance and tightened all connections.
Came out to home to check out an attic fan. Found both fans working as they should. Since customer is paying the 89 service fee, reset 2 tripped gfis for for jacuzzi and replaced a bulb in the front flood light.
Installed delta shower valve with remodel plate. Tested for leaks and non found. Siliconed the trim.

Replaced all three pop up assemblies in upstairs lavatory sinks with new all brass polished brass units. Tested for leaks and non found. Replaced tub twist and pull drain and overflow with new polished brass drain. Sealed kitchen sink with silicone at the sink and counter-top. Don't use for 24 hours.

Cleared disposal side of sink. Found coffee grinds and noodles in the drain. Tested for leaks and found non.
Plumbing Diagnostic - 1/2" Cable
Removed gas line for stove. Shut off gas meter and disconnected the gas line from the basement trunk line. Used a plug to seal line. Tested with leak Doctor soap and no leaks are present.
