We received our electronic water bill on Sat. morning after it dropped on Fri. Thankfully I opened the email immediately and knew we had a bad problem. A bill that is usually no more than $55.00 was over $400.00. We called Cobb County Water for emergency service and several hours later a technician arrived and determined we had a water leak. He turned off our water. I contacted Brad Luckey and set up an appointment for Monday. By mid afternoon on Monday we had water again. Brad Luckey and his sub-contractors did a super job. Our yard was minimally disturbed with the replacement of our water line. The workers cleaned the area up and even took care of the excess dirt. Brad Luckey was very efficient and extreemely courteous. You are lucky to have such a fine and dedicated employee.
