Rerouted hot and cold waterlines in attic approximately 10 feet. Ran T@P line to existing drain in attic. Repiped gasline in attic to tankless waterheater. Installed Rinnia Tankless waterheater . Ran condensate line from tankless to existing drain in attic. Insulated hot and cold lines in attic. Ran 3" PVC vent to roof. **(Roof boot needs to be properly installed by roofer). Removed existing waterheater.

We furnished, wired, and installed a 40 amp feed from the panel in the basement to the double oven location. We wired and installed a customer provided double oven.

leak between meter and home, recommend getting leak detection company to locate non visible leak.
Cut into sheet rock to find leak, did not see a leak in shower drain . Customer said they wanted to stop at that point and just watch for leaks where they didn't have to cut up any more sheet rock, because the spot has been there for a long time.
