Great service and competitive price.

I solicited two bids and RS Andrews was slightly lower, but the service was excellent. They worked with me on the timing of the job and finished the work quickly.

Good People, Good Service

My main electrician, Chris, is awesome. He takes care of things quietly and quickly and only does the work requested. If he notices anything that looks like it's getting old or sketchy, he'll alert me to it. Early on Chris had help from an individual who made several mistakes, requiring a call back. Chris corrected them quickly and easily.

scheduling snafu

Original service appointment was mysteriously lost in the computer; wasted an entire day waiting. When service tech arrived the next day he was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgable.

Installed new 50 amp feed from main panel in garage of home to new office in backyard. Installed new pipe in ground from main house to new office. New office has a main disconnect and ground system installed. Installed new 125 amp rated, 50 amp fed, sub-panel in office. Installed 3, 20 amp, arc-fault/GFI protected circuits in new office. Installed a total of 9 receptacles in office, including floor outlet and exterior receptacle. Installed 4 new lights that customer provided. Installed 30 amp feed for future A/C unit. Currently installed on a 20 amp breaker. Wire is capable of 30 amps however. Installed all receptacles and switches as well. Extra: Changed out unlisted breakers in panel to correctly listed breakers for panel enclosure. Panel is overloaded however by 7 circuits. Had removed $195 from price and covered permit cost in cost of project since customer trenched and moved office closer.

Customer's AC disconnect was burned apart at the A phase. - Possible loose connection or lightning strike. Installed new SquareD QO 100 amp sub panel for AC units. Installed 2 2 pole 20amp breakers for the AC's. Powered up both AC's. - Downstairs condenser is running and upstairs is not as expected by homeowner. Discussed whole home surge protection to possibly be installed at a later date at $379.00

Upstairs unit was not cooling properly do to a few issues. Running high head pressure and having a dirty coil makes for a low efficient system. We have cleaned coils and replaced 2-16x25x1 filters. We must come back to check pressures. Disconnect box is damaged and wont turn on units. Once we get power at that point we can determine if unit needs refrigerant. At this time units are both not cooling until electrical issue is handled.
