We removed the projector out of the drop ceiling on the first floor. We removed the projector out of the ceiling on the second floor. We are not responsible for the low volt wires.

Looked for leak. Leak is not in the yard. Looked over whole house and isolated pool house. Still could not find the leak. The leak may be between the main house and the apartment over the garage. Please contact national leak detection.

Troubleshooting of bathroom receptacles not working. Found bad breaker in panel. Replaced bad breaker with new breaker. Restored power to GFIs in bathrooms. Performed panel maintenance. Tried to locate cable in wall at tv but there was no cable present. Did not charge to look.
Troubleshooting of breakers tripping when pool pumps run at back pool. Replaced all three breakers in panel. Pool pump, or both, are going out. Recommend replacement of at least one pump.
Furnished, wired, and installed a GFI at the garage. Furnished, wired, and installed a GFI in the kitchen to protect the 2 outlets by the sink. Furnished, wired, and installed a GFI breaker in the panel to protect the 2 outlets by the bar sink in the kitchen.
Furnished, wired, and installed a weather proof box and seal-tight at the covered deck to protect the wires and switch. Furnished, and installed a fan rated box at said location. Wired and installed a ceiling fan at said location. Performed panel maintenance and tightened all connections.
Troubleshot outlets and lights in bathrooms and master missing a neutral. Found the neutral wire not connected in the box for the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Said box was not fan rated and someone screwed wood over the box to hold up said fan. Furnished, wired, and replaced said box with a fan rated box. Connected all wires and tested the outlets and lights. All work as they should.
