Mr. McPherson was on time; phoned ahead to let us know he was on the way, and provided friendly, professional service. We gave him a real puzzle: a toilet leak that could not be reproduced. He handled the problem systematically, fully explained what he was doing, and appears to have solved the problem. First rate job.
