Installed 2 new, 220 volt, dedicated circuits for new HVAC equipment. 1. 50 amp air-handler circuit with disconnect 2. 30 amp heat pump circuit with disconnect. Terminated both wires into panel on correct sized breakers. Left both circuits energized, but left disconnects in off position.
Furnished, wired, and installed a dedicated 40 amp 240 volt feed from the panel to the new location of high temp furnace. Furnished, wired, and installed a plug for said furnace. Performed panel maintenance and tightened all connections. We had to cut Sheetrock. We do not patch. Customer receives a discount as per the Electrical manager.
Technician cut out hole in ceiling and located leak above kitchen, coming from tub drain. Also recommend replacing tub and shower valve stems and handles.

ONE TIME AC TUNE UP FOR SECOND FLOOR UNIT: Replaced one pleated Filter, Flushed Drain lines, test all electrical components, Test Cooling Mode Check Refrigerant Charge, Rinse Condenser coil with water only. The 2 Ton AC and Coil tempstar is 6 Years Old is not working Properly Due to Poor Maintenance Condition, Low Refrigerant Charge and Dirty Condenser Coil. Note: The gas furnace Lennox is 20 Years Old the Gas line connection is not up to code. Completed repairs by costumer Request. Replaced run capacitor 5.0 uf plus clean condenser coil with chemical and recharged system with 2 pounds of refrigerant R 410 a, test cooling mode is ok. if problem continues on the unit loosing refrigerant I recommend to Performend Electronic Leack search. replaced Kohler class five seal basement bath toilet. replaced fillvalve and supply upstairs daughters bath toilet. installed customer supplied kitchen sink faucet.
Removed failed thermal expansion tank above water heater in basement. Installed new thermal expansion calibrated to confirmed water pressure 60psi. Outside faucets are connected to system before pressure regulator (equal to street pressure pressure). No other plumbing problems found at this time.

Troubleshot GFI in basement by the panel. Found loose wires on the GFI which damaged the GFI. Furnished, wired, and replaced said GFI. GFI works as it should. Performed panel maintenance and tightened all connections. During panel maintenance, found and corrected neutrals bundled up under the same screws. All neutrals and grounds are now separate as they should be. Furnished, wired, and installed surge protection in the panel.
