Jaime did a great job. He is professional, meticulous, does any outstanding job. Jaime replaced our water heater back in Feb. and did a great job. We appreciated his attention to detail doing his work. He always wears shoe covers and puts down tarp to protect flooring.

replaced warranty compressor w/ 1 year warranty from today 06/24/16 labor 1370.00.., ************************filter was so restricted w/ dirt , dust , debris , and other foreign matter that the pleats weren't even visable which was a contributing factor to compressor failure due to combination of liquid slugging and excessive amp draw causing meggometer reading of<100 and consequent breaker tripping************************ ************************w/ out some sort of maintenance program in place it will be highly likely there will be a reoccurance of this type failure on this two year old system*************************************** ************************smiley advantage club maintenance membership would only cost 167.00 per year which includes a fall maintenance visit followed up with a spring maintenance visit************************ (((((((((167.00 per year is a lot more cost effective than 1370.00 per occurance))))))))..,PLEASE STRONGLY CONSIDER THIS OFFER !!!
Major Grounding System with Ground Rods.
Snaked out drain clean to lavatory faucet in hallway bathroom. Replaced owner provided lavatory faucet in hallway bathroom .
leak search for leak coming down on ceiling of unit 1323. Luther foust had tub and shower wall removed to see that the water leak was dripping from sub floor above.opened wall in bathroom of unit 1331 Mary Williamson to use inspection camera and determined there was no leak from eight her shower faucet units 1331 or 1329. Recommend access to unit 1329 to rule out leak inside bathroom of 1329 before opening any more walls only other explanation would possibly be where pipe passes through plywood there could have developed a leak from pipe touching the wood or a small pin hole leak that is spraying into that area.
Installed 2 new ground rods with bonding terminal on home. ground tested at 56 ohms and could still use an additional ground rod. replaced 4 switches with Maestro/PICO switches in home.
Replace 50 gallon gas water heater with thermal expansion tank Labor and material.
Air conditioner not cooling upstairs. Found system upstairs with no freon in it. Recharged with 5 pounds 6oz R-22. Did leak search on coil but found no leaks.
Drained and removed old water heater in garage closet. Installed new 40 gallon gas Bradford white tall water heater with new drain pan, water ball valve shut off, thermal expansion tank, gas valve shut off, and connector. Tested OK.
Estimate to Install a customer provided light fixture in the bedroom, a low voltage dimmer in the bedroom, and perform panel maintenance and tighten all connections.
Air conditioner not cool upstairs. Found ac unit not running due to a bad capacitor. Replaced capacitor and started system up. Found unit low on freon also. Recommend having a salesman come out to talk about new system m in attic.
Estimate to install a new 2 pole 30 amp breaker in the panel at loading dock.install a new 150 ft feed from said panel to the location of the forklift charger.perform panel maintenance and tighten all connections.Declined:150 ft 30 amp dedicated feed.
