Rufroff Heating and Air Conditioning came through when everyone else said we'd have to wait until next week. Bill Brehm called at 7:50 a.m. and said he was headed our way for the 8:00 o'clock appointment time. Put shoe covers on before entering our home, listened to the issue and got to work. He explained things, answered questions and we really appreciated the personable experience with someone who cared about what was going on rather than trying to over talk/ over sale himself or the company to get another customer through the door. He very much seperated himself and Rudroff from the part changers out here with the $$$ in vision rather than the customers needs. Thank you Bill and we look forward to continuing with Rudroff to maintain/fix our HVAC system in the future.
