Jerrod Mitchell was very personable when he came for my heating bi-annual check-up. He did his job quietly & efficiently. There was no mess on the floor when he was done, he wore shoe covers whenever he was in the house and was very good at keeping the door closed (I have a cat). He was very friendly and we had a nice chat when he was writing up my statement. Both he & Chris(who came for the air-conditioning check-up) were top-notch, did their jobs well and were sensitive to the needs of others in my home (sleeping son, cat). Great service!! I have called a few times due to my heater/air not kicking on. I have a casita that is a Airbnb and I was not able to schedule before due to guests. But they always were able to come on short notice. This time the unit just stopped. They were there within 2 hrs. The technician was fantastic! Super friendly. Wore little booties and explained everything. Fixed a short and checked system completely. Problem solved.

Service call in Redlands today. Replaced an inducer fan assembly in a Lennox furnace and cleaned the blower. Also installed our Dynamic 2000 indoor air quality package to help keep system and ir cleaner as well as fight allergens and viruses

Installed our Dynamic 3000 indoor air quality package which includes a new electronic air cleaner, uvc light and oxidizer in HVAC system today. This will help combat poor air quality, allergens, dust, dirt, mold and mildew in system which can lead to health issues. This will improve cleanliness of air and improve overall health

Service call on a Heil furnace today in Redlands. Found no issues except for a still functioning, but failing blower capacitor. Otherwise system is working properly and heating well.
Performed ac maintenance on a Trane split system in Redlands today and found that the contactor was very pitted and blackened. Recommended replacement before failure occurs. Otherwise system is working properly and cooling well.
