Everyone was efficient, professional, thorough, and very helpful. During the initial service call, Dean was extremely helpful and made sure I had all the information I needed to make a good decision on the furnace. Before, during, and after the installation of the furnace, Collin and Forrest were helpful and considerate about being in my home, In addition, they were very thorough about explaining how to deal with the furnace and the programmable thermometer. Unfortunately, I have had mediocre technicians which makes appreciate these folks even more.
