The technician was here on time, called me when he was on his way and seemed to diagnose the problem rather quickly. However, even though the part needed for repair was under warranty, for which I would not have to pay, I still have to pay for the processing of the warranty papers. That was a surprise.
Drew and Cam were great. They were professional, punctual, attentive, and they put down floor coverings to keep house and stairs clean. They explained what they were going to do, what they were doing, and what they did. They answered all of our questions along the way, cleaned up and put everything back the way it was when they got here, then did a great job giving me a tour of the equipment when they were finished.
Drew and Connor were very friendly and efficient. At first they thought it was just a simple problem but wanted tin heck it out further and found a more serious problem. Drew explained everything well and had good recommendations.

It was a good service call! Jon explained some things to me about the humidifier and some preliminary things. Sounds like it was a thorough check of my furnace. Jon did forget however, to write his visit down on the "maintenance log" that is posted on my furnace, so I wrote it in - for myself and for future service people.
Drew was efficient, personable, and thorough. He was knowledgable about our equipment and took care of some things others had not done on past maintenance calls. I appreciated his recommendations for future considerations. I will request him for our next service calls and maintenance appointments.
In years past, I rarely if once had to call a furnace company. We have had to replace our air conditioner and replaced our thermostat twice.
Arrived ahead of scheduled window of time, which made my day. Performed the services in a timely manner. Tara was a very courteous service tech.
Extremely please with the installation of our AC and the thorough duct cleaning done today. Rey adaptable with our life schedule. Glad we chose Schaffsma!!!
Had a tune up and it went very well. Easy and took only an hour. Service person answered some of my first time home buyer questions and showed me a couple things to do to keep the house cool. Would recommend first time home buyers do this to become more familiar with your unit and learn some best practices.
