I would highly recommend this great company ! I just moved from Florida, bought a house, and didn’t have any idea from the previous owners if they ever had the furnace serviced. Getting this heating co in was the best thing I could have done! The service technician came up stairs and told me I had to choices.. either I turn off my furnace, or sign a document stating I would not sue ! So I had them turn off my furnace. There are law suits against this particular brand due to corrosive leaking on the heat element, causing holes, and carbon monoxide leakage! I also bought a new AC, just to have it all new. I am so great full to have this work done quickly and efficiently!

New house for me, but 18 years old.. had Schaafsma Heating come out, because I had no idea if previous owners had an inspection ( they didn’t) so the furnace is under huge lawsuit due to faulty heat exchanger, and yes, mine is bad! So thankful I had the appointment, I would have never known! I am going to have to get a new furnace, but the salesman will be here in about an hour!! Great service
