When a mistake was made in the ordering process, installers had to improvise by rewiring a component, to make sure the furnace was operable and I had heat, till the correct unit could be obtained and installed. When they had the correct unit, they came back and everything worked correctly, when they were finished.

The techs who came yesterday identified the reason for a sound I had noticed several years ago, Initially, it had been attributed to vibration and I was told by a couple guys that nothing could be done about it. However, the sound grew louder through this winter, and it wasn't that loud before, so I mentioned it again. Juan and his partner not only identified the cause, but returned to the shop to pick up an expensive part and came back to my house within an hour. While the unit was still under warranty, they fixed it within one hour of returning and saved me the cost of paying for a repair after the warranty expires next year.
