He knows the systems in my large house inside and out and explains issues in terms I can understand. The company is never too pushy or selling me things or services I do not need. Ethan is extremely competent, knowledgeable, efficient, respectful and polite. What a refreshingly outstanding young man! He did my A/C service, trudging up two flights of stairs multiple times to one of my two units. -no complaining - just continued to be genuinely friendly. Ethan came to my house last year on an emergency call and he could not have been kinder or more polite. I was so happy when I opened my door to see Ethan again today. Wish I could request him every time. Excellent service!! Have used Snellville since 2001 - always great service but Ethan takes great service to another level.

Snellville Heating Air and Plumbing are a reliable and professional company. I have an annual contract for heat and air and am also considering adding other services. They are easy to deal with to make appointments and also when I’ve experienced breakdowns. The technicians are always polite, communicate well and respect my home.
