Josh, like all our SOS guys, was a pleasure. Looked at the problem, figured out the best solution and made it happen. We just did an A/C re do all and then had the furnace decide to make heat - Josh had it taken care of in an hour and the same day we called - 4 hour turnaround. Amazing, and as always, pleased. We're on the annual maintenance plan - worth every penny.

What a great team - Barry, Matthew, James, Gary, Steve - my apologies to anyone not mentioned (there were more): these guys came in and did complete redo of A/C system - with no complaint, fuss or drama (hot attics in August!) and left the place clean every day. Took better care than we do! We've been SOS customers for a while and every year the crew gets more pleasurable to deal with - this was no exception.
