In Fall of 2017 I called Spoor's to service the HVAC on a home we just purchased. They discovered a crack and dangerous leak in the manifold. When Jeff, the owner, stopped by several days later he had a big smile on his face and I thought "well here it comes, he is here to sell me a new unit!" To my astonishment, he had checked the serial # of my Trane unit and found the manifold was under warranty for 20 years and it was 17 years old. He already ordered the part and I paid for the installation. On a second visit yesterday the cause of the noise i was worried about was quickly repaired. It was a minimal charge and Thomas was great. I don't know about you, but the constant deluge of ads in the mail from heating and air conditioning companies really made me question how much money they make off of desperate folks with no heat or A/C. Based on my experience, I can heartily recommend this company, the owner and staff for trustworthiness, reliability and cost. Their basic philosophy and guiding principle is do an honest job get the job accomplished efficiently and in the process build a solid customer base. They have my absolute highest recommendation!
