Last weekend our home furnace stopped working. It was a frigid day and the indoor temperature was decreasing quickly. A call to the answering service quickly triggered a call from the on-call tech. Within 30 minutes he was at our home and working on the furnace. Within another 30 minutes the furnace was warming our home. The service call could not have gone more smoothly. We have used Spring Brook for oil delivery and routine maintenance for years.The service has been excellent. Now I’m glad that we have maintained a service contract. Mitch Gilbert, Farmington
