I’ve owned my home for 9 months and had to call Staton twice. Hai Le came out both times, and he was WONDERFUL. As a first time homeowner, I had lots of questions, both times. He patiently answered my multiple questions and really made me feel valued. He showed me around the AC unit so I would know what he was working on. He explained how often things needed to be changed (like air filters) or checked, and I added those dates to my calendar so that I can stay on top of things. Today he worked in 120 degree heat in the attic to replace my circuit board, and all he would accept from me was one bottle of cold water. Hai Le is wonderful, and I will always want him to be my AC technician!

Hai Lee was incredible. He came in, immediately diagnosed the issue, and made sure that I completely understood what things should look like the next time I have any issues.
