Came when scheduled. Texted to say on the way. Polite and informative. Thoroughly explained procedures he would perform. Wore protective viral mask and shoe coverings. Parked on curb v. driveway (so oil leaks and blocked cars no problem). And made sure to ask if I had any questions (twice) before leaving.
