I am very happy that Staton is servicing in my area. This company is very trustworthy and the techs are knowledgeable, thorough, and considerate. They may be a bit higher priced than some others, but it’s worth it to know you’ve got honest people making sure everything is working right.

Phenix Xu of the Staton Heating and Air team provided 45 minutes of advance notice that he was on his way to perform the scheduled service activity, showed up when he said he would, did what we asked to have done, answered questions, and left. And I get reminder emails when it’s time to schedule the next service. Simple. Straightforward. No drama.
