Fix Electrical issues on punch list from the Engineer's Inspection for the City of Coral Springs 20 Year Building Inspection on roof to AC unit, Rusted conduit piping, camera in the front of the store and improper Electrical outlet & wiring in the propane store.
Customer initially called us out because doorbell isn’t working after troubleshooting and diagnosing. I determined doorbell button has failed and needs to be replaced.
Upon inspection determined customer has a bad contactors. Recommend replacement of all contactors to prevent future issues.
GFCI triped because customer plug in Christmas light in at the end Off the light have outlet connector when it was raining. What goes inside the Light and tripped the GFCI. I just to reset the GFCI and up the outlet at the end of Christmas Light Problem fixed
Outdoor GFCI and bubble cover was broke,troubleshoot outdoor GFCI has no power. * Estimates for needed replacements Approved * Fixed electrical issue via Troubleshooting couple hrs & Replaced two Bubble Covers & 1 GFCI box with new. ** Also presented customer with 2nd Estimate for requested new 5 recessed lighting ; they will approve tomorrow for next week Thursday install date.
