It is a pleasure to do work with people that Care and actually do what they say. I would highly recommend the entire Suncoast team
Technician was super late, we were here since 11am we are buying so we do not live there to just wait, waiting was way 2 long for a 40min service. He gave us the opinion of a nice house and seller was ok happy because just 2.little minor things which it's ok however not sure how you can determine in such quick inspection.. the true not even a door or windows, plumbing or flooring etc..things that a true inspector will consider, seem that he was working for the seller and we the buyers are the ones paying... The realtor was there and was not so happy either with such service.
Diogo was very friendly and professional. I clearly explained what our problem was and what needed to be done.

AC System Repair: Upon inspection, I noticed the client's AC unit was cycling on and off frequently, leading to temperature fluctuations. After examination, I found a faulty blower motor causing inadequate airflow and strain on the system. I replaced the malfunctioning blower motor with a new, more efficient one, ensuring proper air circulation and stable operation. Additionally, I cleaned the evaporator coils to enhance cooling efficiency. With these repairs, the client's AC system now operates smoothly, providing consistent cooling comfort without interruptions.
Completed generator maintenance generator is running and operating properly. Also inform customer about adding a generator search protector emailed customer estimate and he will go over.
I recently completed an electrical service upgrade for a customer. This involved upgrading the electrical service from a 100-amp to a 200-amp service to meet the customer's increased electrical needs. I also installed a new electrical meter base and upgraded the electrical service panel to a 200-amp panel. This job was important to ensure the customer had sufficient power to meet their electrical demands.
I recently completed a job as an HVAC contractor, installing a new air conditioning unit in a client's home. I obtained the necessary permits from the local authorities to ensure the unit was installed correctly and in compliance with local building codes. Obtaining permits is an essential step in any construction project, as it ensures that the work is done safely and according to the regulations. By obtaining permits, I protected the client from any liability issues arising from non-compliance with building codes. Overall, obtaining permits was an essential part of the job, and it helped ensure that the client received a high-quality and safe HVAC system.
HVAC Service Call: Upon arrival to diagnose issues with a client’s AC system, I promptly identified a faulty suction line accumulator as the culprit behind the cooling inefficiency. By swiftly replacing the accumulator, I restored optimal refrigerant flow and overall system performance, ensuring the client's comfort and satisfaction.

Customer customers, exhaust fan and wiring was brittle and dry rotted which caused cirque to ark and create sparks. After thoroughly inspecting the issue I was able to repair wires coming from fan and get fan working again.
