Cleared stockage in guest bathroom from groom. Pulled out wipes, and water throughout tub and toilet many times. Everything flowing good at this time.

Came out to the property the compressor would not start check capacitor found that the capacitor the home and the common were switched for the compressor cap was bad replaced the cap got the fan to run compressor still wouldn't start but this time decompressor was making a noise like it had a hard start and tested the compressor the compressor's bad.
