I got a mailer from Thompson’s. I called and got an appt. Brad was here on time and had called before he left his office to confirm. He was professional and ready to work. He checked the furnace and advised it is all working well. I checked the work area, clean and neat. We signed papers and he was off to the next appt. Great service!

Thompson Comfort Connection is a local family business. They treated us like family. They were honest, professional and fair. We had to replace a 20 year old furnace and a/c unit. Josh initially looked at the furnace and explained every detail of what he was testing and looking at. The repair costs were high enough to know that we needed a new furnace. Reynold gave us several pricing options and told us how to save the most money. He gave me his work cell phone number and answered all of my text questions immediately, even on a Sunday!! The installation appointment was set up immediately. The installation crew, Devon, Andrew, and Dalton were awesome. They explained the process to us, then worked quickly and efficiently. Devon gave me a class on setting our new smart thermostat. They even cleaned up after themselves!!! The whole experience was pleasant and easy.
