Brad called me 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive at my home. Once he arrived, he spent almost an hour looking at my furnace and air conditioner. Brad also changed my air filter. He was thorough in his inspection and I didn’t feel like he was trying to “sell” me anything. I ended up purchasing a maintenance pkg to tune up my air conditioner in the Spring. My AC unit is from 2007 so it needs someone to look at it when the weather is warmer because I just bought my home in December. I consider it a preventative measure before it gets super hot in the Summer. I highly recommend Thompson’s Comfort Connection.

Tom and Bruce came out today to get my new air conditioner started up. They were friendly and professional. They even took the time to teach me how to turn off the outside breaker and how to auto set the thermostat. They also changed my filter and made sure that everything was running smoothly.
